Cuttack: The state government Wednesday informed the Orissa High Court that it will make public Justice Raghubir Das Commission’s inquiry report on missing keys of Srimandir Ratna Bhandar in the next Cabinet meeting.
While hearing the state’s affidavit, a division bench of Chief Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh and Justice Savitri Ratho posted the next hearing to July 10.
In line with the HC’s directive, Justice Raghubir Das Commission was instituted to probe the missing key episode of the temple treasury.
The panel submitted its report to the state government within the scheduled timeframe.
Although the Commission of Inquiry Act mandates tabling of the probe report in the Assembly within a fixed period, the then state government reportedly preferred not to act.
