Modi’s roadshow at Puri May 20

Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Odisha again May 20 to boost BJP’s poll campaign.

This was informed by BJP leader Golak Mohapatra at a press meet here Sunday.

He informed that PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda will also visit the state on different days to address public rallies for the next phase of elections.

Mohapatra said that the PM will go to Puri where he will hold a roadshow in the morning in support of Puri Lok Sabha candidate Sambit Patra and Assembly nominee Jayant Sarangi.

The same day, PM will hold two political rallies in Angul and Cuttack, After that, he will canvass for Dhenkanal Lok Sabha candidate Rudra Narayan Pani and other party nominees in the constituency, Mohapatra said.

Similarly, he will also address a public gathering seeking votes for BJP candidate Bhartruhari Mahtab from Cuttack and other Assembly nominees, he added.

This will be his second roadshow in the state during the ongoing elections after the one held at the Capital May 10.

Mohapatra also informed that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will also come to Odisha May 15 and he will address separate rallies at Rourkela of Sundargarh, Kantabanji of Bolangir, and Sorada of Aska Lok Sabha constituencies.

Mohapatra added that Shah’s visit will be followed by BJP’s national president JP Nadda’s visit May 17. Nadda will address public meetings at Sudargarh, Hinjili and Padampur.
