Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Tuesday congratulated the candidates from Odisha who cleared the Civil Services Examination 2022.
Taking to Twitter, Naveen wrote, “Congratulate all the successful candidates from #Odisha who have cleared #UPSC examination. May they work with dedication to take welfare initiatives and citizen centric programmes to the grassroots. Wish them bright careers ahead. (sic)”

At least 28 candidates from Odisha cracked the Civil Services Examination 2022.
Anup Das with All India Rank (AIR) 38, Pranita Dash (AIR-42) and Kasturi Panda (AIR-67) are among those from Odisha who cleared the examination.
The other candidates who cleared the examination are: Soumya Ranjan Dash (136), Sonali Misha (140), Durga Prasad Adhikary (162), Laxmipriya Upadhyaya (176), Sushree Suvangi Khuntia (248), Aakriti Sethi (249), Satya Prakash Mishra (261), Ayushi Pradhan (334), Tejaswini Behera (516), Rakesh Kumar Sahoo (575), Suvasnnigdha Sethi (680), Subham Mishra (688), Nivedita Das (848), Manas Jyoti Das (881) and Hare Krishna Meher (931).
As many as 933 candidates – 613 men and 320 women – have qualified the civil services examination 2022. The top 25 candidates comprise 14 women and 11 men, the commission said.
Delhi University graduate Ishita Kishore secured the first spot. Garima Lohia, Uma Harathi N and Smriti Mishra secured the second, third and fourth ranks respectively in the examination.
