New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: Naveen Patnaik has emerged as the most popular Chief Minister in India, according to the latest India Today Survey.
Around 58 per cent of Odia people preferred Naveen Patnaik as their next Chief Minister, the survey said.
Patnaik topped the list by securing 59 per cent votes, while West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee bagged the second position with 53 per cent votes.
Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh, Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani secured the third, fourth and fifth positions with 52, 51 and 48 per cent votes respectively.
