  3. Eating almonds is also very beneficial for the brain and overall health. So eating some almonds daily can be beneficial for you. It contains abundant magnesium, which reduces stress, allowing you to have a sound sleep.
  4. Some people have a habit of drinking tea, but it is not good to take more caffeine before going to bed. So you can drink herbal tea before sleeping at night. Herbal tea is also good for your health and it also promotes good sleep.
