New Delhi: The Supreme Court Thursday directed the CBI to file a report on the bail application of Astha International Odisha head in three weeks. A three-judge bench comprising Justice Madan B Lokur, Justice Abdul Nazeer and Justice Deepak Gupta Thursday issued notice to CBI to file a reply in three weeks on the bail application of Astha International chit fund firm Odisha head Subhransu Lenka. Astha International duped many investors in the state of Rs 100 crore. Lenka had applied for bail in the apex court.
