Papadahandi: Superstar Shahrukh Khan has praised the artwork of Rahul Patra of Nuasahi village under this block in Nabarangpur district. Rahul had painted a 10×6 ft mural of Shahrukh’s look in his latest blockbuster Jawan on the wall of a cashew nut mill at Pradhaniguda. He took three days time to complete the artwork painted in acrylic and shared it on the social media platform YouTube. To his surprise, after seeing his post, Shahrukh praised the artwork of Rahul and thanked him with a post on his ‘X’ account formerly known as Twitter. Shahrukh described Rahul as a talented artist and said the artwork is a fantastic one in his post.
After Shahrukh’s tweet reply, the family members, friends, and relatives of Rahul have poured praise on him. Rahul’s father Shibaprasad Patra and mother Subasini Patra both are teachers. After completing engineering, Rahul started his career as a software engineer in Bangalore. However, currently, he is working from home. During leisure he draws various paintings.
