Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Covid-19 tally rose to 13,34,434 Monday as 67 more people, including seven children, tested positive for the infection, a health bulletin said.

The death toll rose to 9,197 as two more persons from Puri and Mayurbhanj districts succumbed to the disease, it said.

Besides, 53 other coronavirus patients have died due to comorbidities so far, the bulletin said.

The state had recorded 131 infections and a fatality Sunday.

Odisha now has 1,148 active cases, while 13,24,036 patients have recovered from the disease, including 193 in the last 24 hours.

The daily positivity rate was at 1.06 per cent as the new cases were detected from 6,351 samples tests.
