Odisha BJP demands surveillance against 3 bureaucrats, approaches CEO

Bhubaneswar:  BJP has reached out to Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Odisha Surendra Kumar to complain against three top bureaucrats for allegedly working in favour of ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD).

A team of Odisha BJP leaders led by its vice president Samir Mohanty and secretary Lekhashree Samantsinghar Wednesday urged the CEO to keep a track on three senior officials namely – Chief Minister’s private secretary VK Pandian, officer on special duty to Chief Minister DS Kuttey and DIG Intelligence Asish Singh.

In its complaint, the party alleged that the three top officials along with a movie maker met at a hotel to discuss about funding for BJD and other booth management related affairs recently.

The saffron brigade have requested the CEO to conduct raids at the said hotel and ensure strict vigil on activities of top government officials.
