Bhubaneswar: The date for Odisha Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2020, conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), has been announced. As per the notification issued by the OPSC, the examination will be held in five zones namely Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur, May 23 2021. It is a Sunday.
While the General Studies (Paper I) examination will be conducted held from 10.00am to 12.00 pm, the examination for General Studies (Paper II) will be conducted from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Paper I contains 100 objective type questions with multiple choice answers and Paper II has 80 objective type questions with multiple choice answers.
Candidates with disability will be given 40 minutes extra for each of the two examinations.
‘Admission certificate’ of the concerned eligible candidates and ‘Instructions to candidates’ will be available on the website of OPSC later, the notification said.
The candidates have been advised to visit the website of the Commission http:/ /opsc.gov.in frequently to download their Admission Certificate & “Instructions to Candidates,” it added.
