Bhubaneswar: In a bid to attract Chinese investment to the state, an Invest Odisha delegation led by MSME minister Dibya Sankar Mishra and comprising of officials of Industries Department along with captains of Odisha industry held a roadshow in Guangzhou city of China.
Mishra urged that India and China have ancient links and that under the leadership of Naveen Patnaik, the state has come up a long way to become one of the most industry ready states in India. He added that with some of the best parameters in infrastructure and skill availability, Odisha is a suitable destination for Chinese investment. He also invited the Chinese industries to visit the state and establish business links.
Mishra further assured that the state is committed to give the best of facilitation and services.
IPICOL MD Nitin Jawale gave a presentation on Investment climate and opportunities in Odisha. He also answered the queries raised by Chinese companies in the interaction session.
