Bhubaneswar: All the three major political parties – the Biju Janata Dal (BJD), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress – have declared their candidates for 21 Lok Sabha seats for the ensuing elections. While BJD and BJP are fighting the polls without any alliance, the Congress has seat sharing with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and the CPI-M.
