Odisha’s Keonjhar records 9.8 degree Celsius; interior Odisha likely to have foggy mornings

Bhubaneswar: IMD Bhubaneswar in its December 11 midday weather bulletin said that the lowest minimum temperature of 9.8 degrees Celsius was recorded at Keonjhar in the plains of Odisha.

The highest maximum temperature of 32.4 degrees Celsius was recorded at Paralakhemundi, the weather agency added.

In past 24 hours, moderate to dense fog has occurred at one or two places over the districts of Kandhamal and Bolangir of south interior Odisha.

IMD has predicted that till 8:30am of December 12, shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur in the morning at one or two places over the districts of interior Odisha.

Apart from that, dry weather is very likely to prevail over the various districts of Odisha in the upcoming three to four days.

IMD said that no large change in minimum temperature (night) at many places over the districts of Odisha during the next five days is expected.

Over the next 24 hours, the maximum and minimum temperatures in Bhubaneswar are very likely to be around 29 degree Celsius and 16 degree Celsius respectively.
