“Since in absence of the DCP (Traffic) Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, this Commission is unable to dispose of the case and despite our order, DCP (Traffic) has not appeared before the Commission today, the Commission feels it appropriate to issue summons to the DCP (Traffic), Bhubaneswar-Cuttack for securing personal appearance before the Commission,” the OHRC Office order stated.
“The order was sent earlier by e-mail on 14.12.2020. The DCP (Traffic) Bhubaneswar-Cuttack is neither present today not there is any communication,” the OHRC Office order pointed out.
Notably, a pending road accident case had led to traffic management issue, following which the OHRC had taken cognizance of it.
