BHUBANESWAR: The festivity of Durga Puja is here and everyone is striving to look their best in the finest of attires. Talking about attires, many renowned shops and malls are being stacked with ladies Kurtis, plazoos andamong others. Saree Mandir is one of the oldest shops in Bhubaneswar.

Orissa Post interacted with its owner Rajesh Santuka who said, “We have Saree shops everywhere in the state and we are proud to serve our clients with the latest trends. From Ghagra choli to gowns, our store is filled with the latest designer wear.

Sarita Kumari, a customer, said, “I have been shopping here for the last two years. I find their south Indian saree collection quite amazing. From Panchampalli to Uppadda silk, Kanjeevaram to Andra silk the variety is astounding. I am here to buy clothes for me and my daughter for the upcoming puja.”

Ashmita Nahar a college student feels that Saree Mandir has the widest range of Kurtis beautifully segregated according to one’s requirement. Be it for a party, office or casual wear, the store caters to everything.”

Nibedita Biswal, owner of a beauty parlour, feels that the shop has an amazing collection of linen sarees, which is the latest fashion in saree wear. She said, “I am buying red linen Saree for my sis-in-law and a pink one for myself for the upcoming festivity and linen offers the right amount of comfort with style.”
