Bargarh: Vigilance sleuths raided Friday morning the house and office of Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS) secretary Khageswar Behera of Buden village under Padampur sub-division of Bargarh district on charges of amassing properties disproportionate to his source of income.
The vigilance sleuths simultaneously raided six separate places including the in-law’s house of Behera at Tihini village under Belpara police limit. The office and house of Behera in Buden and two houses in Padampur were also raided under the guidance of Birendra Kumar Nayak.
The exact amount of disproportionate assets will be declared by the authorities soon as the raids are still underway, Nayak added.
