“As UN has been giving emphasis to empowerment of youths, we need to come out of the mental block amid COVID-19 outbreak and fight out the deadly disease. Youths of a country are the major source of its strength. We have to keep fighting in such tough times”, expressed the goodwill ambassador speaking from his home.

Education is the corner stone of empowerment. Odisha has thousands of examples, where education has not yet reached poor and destitute people. COVID-19 outbreak has pushed many of the youths into mental depression. However, youths need to be strong enough and march forward towards self-reliance, Asutosh added.

Asutosh, who has been striving for empowerment of fellow youths in his homeland, is staying at Dubai. He feels proud of being an Odia by birth. If youngsters keep on trying persistently, fortune will be at their footsteps one day or the other, Asutosh opined.
