Bhubaneswar: With the inauguration of a portal by Governor Ganeshi Lal, the Raj Bhawan here has become a new destination as Odisha’s digital reading zone with unlimited access to thousands of best selling magazines on Magzter cross platform global digital magazine newsstand.
Inaugurating the Magzter digital reading e-magazine and e-newspaper portals in Raj Bhawan Tuesday, the Governor said the initiative would give officers and staffers of Raj Bhawan, and the visitors an unlimited reading access to best selling magazines and newspapers of their tastes and choices.
Raj Bhawan is the first in the state to introduce a frontline digital reading destination for magazines and news.
Magzter in Raj Bhawan now provides digital reading of 5,000 magazines under different categories from lifestyle, education, business, entertainment, news, women’s interest, travel, fashion, technology, health, sports, art, cooking, comics, journals, science, politics, music, automotive, celebrity, photography on a number of foreign as well as Indian languages.
Magzter, a front runner in the magazine world, gives access to users on multiple devices namely iOS devices, Android devices and the web for a single account.
In addition to this, Magzter has also pioneered Smart Reading Zone, a revolutionary GPS-based feature that can give unlimited reading access to any location instantly.
Raj Bhawan has been assigned a unique QR code to enable visitors’ access to digital news stand. By scanning the QR code they would get all the details.
