Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) Friday nominated Rajanikant Singh as the deputy Speaker of Odisha Assembly and Pranab Kumar Balabantaray as the Deputy Chief Whip of the government in the House.
Earlier, Surya Narayan Patro was appointed as the speaker of the House.
