Mumbai: After taking the box office by storm with Kabir Singh, director Sandeep Vanga is all set to work on a crime drama. In an interview to Mirror (June 3), Sandeep had said that he was “scripting a crime drama”.
“Sandeep narrated a story idea to Bhushan, who has liked it and will produce the film. They met yesterday to discuss the logistics and casting,” informs a source close to the development.
What’s interesting is that the two already have an actor in mind to play the lead and it’s none other than Ranbir Kapoor. Meanwhile, Ranbir is busy with Brahmastra and Shamshera. He also has Luv Ranjan’s next with Ajay (Devgn) and Deepika (Padukone), which is being produced by Luv and Bhushan.
Sandeep Vanga gained popularity with Kabir Singh, starring chocolate boy Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani.
