South Indian film supertsar Prabhas also known as ‘Rebel Star’ and ‘Darling’ enjoys a massive fan following after the stupendous success of ‘Baahubali’ episodes one and two.
Earlier his fan following was limited to the Telugu film audience, but with ‘Baahubali’ he now has a pan-India fan base. However, in spite of being a celebrity, Prabhas is an extremely shy person. Even a few days back he had no presence on the social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram etc.
While his peers like Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Allu Arjun are on the photo-sharing app Instagram, Prabhas did not even have an account. His fans have requested him to open an Instagram account on his Facebook page which has 10 million followers. However, the page has been created by a fan and not Prabhas. The actor is now waiting for the opportune moment to launch his Instagram account.
Meanwhile, his followers are creating a huge storm on social media. Even before his official debut on the Instagram platform, Prabhas has clocked seven lakh followers on his profile. On the work front, Prabhas will be seen in multi-lingual movie ‘Saaho’ which is in the last leg of its shoot. Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho also has an impressive cast of actors like Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nithin Mukesh and Jackie Shroff in prominent roles. ‘Saaho’ will hit the screens on Independence Day this year.
