On work front, she will be seen in Karan Johar’s directorial venture Takht which is a period film starring Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Alia Bhatt and Anil Kapoor in the lead. It is slated to release in 2020. Janhvi will also be seen in a biopic on the life of IAF pilot, Gunjan Saxena.
