Rohit Sharma struck his maiden double century in Test cricket as India declared on 497/9 and reduced South Africa to 9/2 before bad light brought an early end to the second day’s play in the third Test against South Africa here Sunday.
The Mumbai batsman also did not give away the chance of taking a cheeky dig at reporters as he pointed out that, if he wouldn’t have scored enough runs in the India vs South Africa Test series, the journalists would have got a lot to write about him.
