Route extension for 6 trains passing thru state

New Delhi: The Railway Ministry Tuesday announced extension of services of six trains passing through Odisha.

According to the ministry, 18107/18108 Rourkela-Koraput Express will be extended up to Jagdalpur. The train will halt at Jeypore and Kotapar Road stations.

Likewise, 18416/18415 Puri-Barbil Express will be extended up to Rourkela and 68433/68434 Cuttack-Brahmapur MEMU will be extended up to Ichchapuram. On extended route, the Cuttack-Brahmapur MEMU will halt at all the stations.

Similarly, 58526/58525 Visakhapatnam-Palasa Passenger will be extended up to Brahmapur and on extended route, the train will halt at all the stations.

Moreover, 20889/20890 Howrah-Vijayawada Humsafar Express will be extended up to Tirupati while 22604/22603 Villupuram-Kharagpur Express will run up to Purulia. Both the trains would pass through Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

Notably, the ministry has announced extension of 22 pairs of trains.
