Salman Khan to play cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback film ‘Pathan’

Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan

Mumbai: It couldn’t have got any better. Fans of superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan will get to see them on screen together again. This was disclosed by Salman Khan himself in Saturday’s episode of Bigg Boss. In it ‘Bhaijan’ said that he will be seen in a small cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan. Salman stated that he will soon begin to shoot for Siddharth Anand’s directorial venture.

Since Zero which released in 2018 and was a mega flop at the box office, Shah Rukh has not been seen in any new release. In that way Pathan will be SRK’s comeback film and the Sultan star has agreed to make a special appearance in the film.

“Life goes on and the show goes on. After this show ends, I will move to Pathan, Tiger 3, Eid, and Diwali. And in the period of eight months, the Bigg Boss season 15 will come up,” Salman said while hosting the latest Bigg Boss episode.

Sources have said in the past that the spy thriller Pathan will be shot inside Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper in the world. “The idea is to go one notch above what’s already done so far. Apart from Mission Impossible and Fast and Furious franchise, not many films have been shot inside Burj Khalifa. So Pathan will be among the first few Indian films (probably the first) to have actual visuals of the tower from inside. A big scale action scene centered around Burj Khalifa is in the offing from the team of Pathan,” a sources close to the making of the film has been quoted as saying by ‘Pinkvilla’

Pathan incidentally has a huge star cast. Besides the two Khans, the film also features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles.
