Bhubaneswar: The trailer of Salman Khan’s Race 3, unveiled a few days ago, has created a buzz in the social media. The memes of the trailer such as Daisy Shah’s viral dialogue “Our business is our business, none of your business” has become the rage among Salman’s fans. Amidst this razzmatazz, a spoofed version of the Race 3 trailer created by Odisha’s Youngsters Entertainment, also known as OYE, has caught the attention of none other than the superstar himself. After watching the video at the launch of his upcoming game show, Dus Ka Dum, Salman was seen laughing out loud (LOL).
While the entire video is quite hilarious, it’s Salman Khan’s reaction to the fan-made trailer that’s keeping us glued to the screen
The spoof has the same voice-over and audio as the original Race 3 trailer, but the visuals have been replaced with those by the fans. The cars and helicopters in the original trailer have been replaced by toys. Not just that, there are fake explosions and toddlers posing as thugs too. While the entire video is quite hilarious, it’s Salman Khan’s reaction to the fan-made trailer that’s keeping us glued to the screen. The actor can be seen laughing his heart out on seeing a guy, wearing a wig and imitating Daisy Shah’s part in the trailer. Towards the end, when another guy moves a bicycle, imitating the scene that was done by Salman with his bike in the original trailer, the actor goes completely ROFL.
Orissa POST spoke to the video maker of this spoofed trailer Rahul Kumar. Rahul said that it was the greatest moment of his life that Salman Bhai had appreciated the video and it was a memorable moment for him and the entire group who were part of the video. Rahul said that he had formed the OYE TV in 2016 with the intention of creating funny videos of action, comedy, and romance. “We have created more than 100 videos of many movies such as Shootout at Lokhandwala, Dhoom, PK, Dhamaal and Baahubali. This is not the first Salman movie whose spoofed version we have created. Wanted and Tiger Zinda Hai are the other two
Salman movies whose videos we had created,” Rahul said. A resident of Talcher, he said when people sent messages about Salman appreciating their video, they thought it was a joke but after watching Salman laughing out loud and saying good things, they felt happy. This is the first time that such a megastar has appreciated our video, Rahul said. Babul who had played the character of Salman Khan in the video said it was viewed 945,592 times so far. “Many people are appreciating our work and we have plans to create more videos in coming days.
We have more than 3 lakh subscribers on our YouTube page,” Babul said. In the video, Babul, Rahul, Shanky, Sangya and Sherry, all members of the OYE TV, had played the characters of Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bonny Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem who are the lead characters of the original movie. Rahul said that after this video’s popularity, “we expect our video will be watched by more and more people and that will help us in developing more good content.” He also said that YouTube can become a good source of earning for those who want to showcase their creativity. This is not the first such trailer from Odisha that has drawn Bollywood attention. Recently, Akshay Kumar has tweeted a trailer of his movie Padman which was created by his fans from Odisha named Odisha Akkians.
