Mumbai: After the All India Cine Workers’ Association decision to ban Pakistani artists from the film industry in the aftermath of the Pulwama terror attack, actor Salman Khan has asked his production to replace singer Atif Aslam from his next production ‘Notebook’, according to a film website.
Reports say Salman Khan will step into the shoes of Aslam and sing the song. However, there is no official confirmation about it.
, ‘Notebook’ will mark the debut of Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer in the Hindi film industry and is expected to hit the screens, March 29 this year.
Many celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan and Priyanka Chopra have condemned the attacks on CRPF jawans. There have been quite a few, like Amitabh Bachchan to come forward and donate to the families of the deceased. The legendary actor has promised a sum of Rs 5,00,000 to all the families of the deceased.
