SC adjourns hearing in Jagannath temple case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court Wednesday adjourned hearing in the interlocutory applications filed by advocate Debasis Misra seeking stay on the apex court order relating to Jagannath temple and investigation into the Puri violence by five judges of apex court.

A three-judge bench of Justice Madan B Lokur, Justice S Abdul Nazeer abd Justice Deepak Gupta has adjourned the matter for November 30 following the request of amicus curiae Gopal Subramanium for adjournment as he is unwell.

Subramanium had Tuesday sought adjournment of the hearing as he is unwell and cannot appear in the court.
