New Delhi: The Supreme Court collegium has recommended transfer of three judges to the High Courts of Orissa, Bombay and Jharkhand.
According to sources, the collegium comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice MB Lokur, Justice Kurian Joseph, Justice AK Sikri and Justice SA Bobde recommended the transfer of Justice Indrajit Mahanty of Orissa High Court to Bombay High Court.
The collegium also recommended that Justice Satrughana Pujahari of Madras High Court be repatriated in interest of better administration of justice to the Orissa High Court.
It further resolved to recommend repatriation of Justice S N Prasad of Orissa High Court to Jharkhand High Court.
