BHUBANESWAR: ‘KRUPAJAL Leadership Summit Vision 2020’ kicked off at the auditorium of Krupajal Group of Institutions campus here Wednesday.
The seminar titled ‘Humane in Human’ was attended by dignitaries from various walks of life. The most distinguished among them all was Partha Sarathi Mishra, CHRM Tata Steel, who was also the chief speaker of the occasion.
Mishra emphasised more on enriching human values, setting a definite goal in life and standing for righteousness especially in times when human values are on the decline. He also shared his experiences in terms of struggle which he had to undergo while setting up of the Tata steel plant at Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur.
Krupajal Leadership Summit is a joint collaboration of Krupajal group of institutions and Tata Steel designed specifically for future leaders across all sectors. The discussions fostered around the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, industries and start ups in today’s era of modernisation and technology.
Bhabani Charan Rath, Chairman, Krupajal Group of Institutions who himself is a graduate from Delhi University, reiterated the decline in the emotional quotient and value system due to the overuse of mobile phones and technology. He suggested that one must find a balance between the two.
Bibhuti Bhusan Rath, Director, Krupajal Group of Institutions anchored the proceedings. Rath felicitated Mishra with the “KRUPAJAL SANMAN”. Niranjan Mishra, Principal, Krupajal Engg College extended his vote of thanks while Chenna Mohanty coordinated the event.
