Seven-foot-long python rescued in Deogarh

Deogarh: A seven-foot-long python was rescued at Olber Chhak of Purunagarh area in Deogarh district Wednesday.

According to reports, some locals, who spotted the python near a bakery, informed the forest officials.

The forest personnel reached the spot and rescued the reptile weighing around seven kilograms.

Later, the python was released into the reserve forest near Jhadeswar temple.
