Bhubaneswar: Acting on a tip-off, the Commissionerate Police busted Tuesday a flesh trade racket operating from a rented house in Khandagiri area of the Capital city. They also arrested two persons while three women, reportedly from West Bengal were rescued.
The team also seized many objectionable things from the house. Among the objects seized were guns, live bullets and a couple of cars from the spot, sources said.
The three women has been sent to a shelter home. On being asked, police said that a case under relevant sections has been registered and an investigation into the incident is underway.
