Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has gone missing from the silver screens ever since ‘Zero’ his last film with Aanand L Rai, did not do well at the box office. The movie also had Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif as the lead heroines. Even though the movie failed to have the cash boxes ringing, there was a lot of critical acclaim for the way Katrina Kaif portrayed the role.
Now however, sources have indicated that the Katrina and Shah Rukh Khan will play the lead roles in Ali Abbas Zafar’s next movie. It is an action-flick, with the perfect mix of emotions and drama. It should be stated here that Kat and Ali Abbas Zafar had earlier worked together in a couple of projects and share tremendous rapport. And if SRK and Kat get together for this movie, it will be the third time that they will be doing so.
Katrina is currently working on the upcoming film with Akshay Kumar, ‘Sooryavanshi’. Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t have any project on his hands as he had earlier stated that he wants to spend some quality time with his family. Sources, however, have said that the actor has a special role in ‘Brahmastra’, and, will also team up with Rajkumar Hirani for a film.
