Mumbai: Is actress Shilpa Shetty planning to divorce husband Raj Kundra? Well the gravepine doing the rounds in the social circle is that she has already made up her mind to divorce Raj Kundra. Sources said that Shilpa Shetty had no idea that Raj had a sizeable income through his porn network and films.
In fact, a close friend of Shilpa has been quoted by a section of the media as saying that the actress has already started approaching directors and producers for work. She now wants to bring up her children through her income only and not depend on Raj anymore. Her close circle has informed Shilpa is repentant that she lived a life of lavishness on income through Raj’s alleged misdeeds. So now she wants to have her own home and to look after the well-being of her son alone. She has decided to move out Raj’s house as soon as possible.
Another friend said ‘Shilpa won’t be touching a penny of Kundra’s assets from what we know. She earns a substantial amount of money from judging reality shows. So she is quite confident that she will be able to earn substantially for looking after her kids’.
Sources said that directors Anurag Basu and Priyadarshan have both agreed in principle to use Shilpa for their next projects. Shilpa have also approached others including Karan Johar. She is hopeful that she will get work in the near future.

Her friends said that Shilpa has realised that to stay away from controversy, the best way is to get immersed in work. And she is planning to do that exactly.
Shilpa has not come out with any statement regarding Raj Kundra’s arrest or the porn case he has been allegedly linked to. However, she has spoken out at all the sarcastic remarks thrown at her. However, at present her only goal is to work and achieve economic independence and stability.
