Bhubaneswar: After serving seven glorious years as chairman of Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA), Subroto Bagchi resigned Thursday from the position due to ‘personal reasons’.
He will be replaced by Alka Mishra who is at present serving as the CEO of World Skill Centre.
“After seven glorious years as chairman, Odisha Skill Development Authority, stepping down due to personal reasons. Deeply grateful to Naveen Patnaik for his total confidence in me, thankful to officials of the State for unstinted support & people of Odisha for their love that binds forever,” Bagchi tweeted.
