Low intake of tea, coffee

If you have trouble sleeping at night, reduce your intake of tea or coffee. Do not drink tea or coffee at night. You can drink milk instead of tea, coffee. According to Ayurveda, if you add pinch of nutmeg in milk, you get good sleep. Drinking a mixture of saffron in milk also eliminates sleep problems.

Massage

Light massage at bedtime will give you good sleep. Massage with mustard oil is very beneficial for bones and muscles. In Ayurveda too, several types of massages have been described to overcome the problem of insomnia.

Apple vinegar

Apple vinegar is very helpful in removing fatigue. It contains a good amount of amino acids. Insomnia will be overcome by the consumption of apple vinegar.

Fenugreek juice

Consuming fenugreek juice will also be beneficial to overcome insomnia problem. For this, extract the juice of some fenugreek leaves mixed with honey and consume it daily.
