Mumbai: Meetu Singh, sister of Sushant Singh Rajput, feels with CBI taking over the death probe of her late brother on the directive of the Supreme Court, the fight for justice has just begun. Meetu Singh has also thanked people who have stood by the family in these troubled times.
“CBI finally. I will always be grateful for the persistent love and support you guys have been bestowing endlessly on our family in the toughest times. Thanks for loving my brother, for being his warriors in order to bring him Justice and keeping humanity alive,” Meetu Singh tweeted from an unverified Twitter account on Wednesday.
“Hats off to your persistent support #SSR warriors. Your resilient efforts have made this possible, thank you for being a part of a mass awakening. The fight for Justice has begun! This will mark the beginning of a new era,” she wrote in a separate tweet.

Sushant passed away June 14 in Mumbai. Shweta Singh Kirti, another sister of Sushant, her husband Vishal Kirti, and niece Mallika Singh have also welcomed the apex court ruling.
Mallika who is very close to Sushant, has also welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court.
“Where there is a will, there is a way. Despite all the odds, one significant step. Rest peacefully, Gulshan mama (Sushant’s nickname), all of us are here for your justice. Har Har Mahadev #CBITakesOver,” Mallika posted on her verified Instagram Stories page Wednesday afternoon.
The apex court has ordered a CBI probe into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. It has asked Mumbai Police to hand over all evidence collected so far in the case to CBI.
