Mumbai: Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh has moved the Supreme Court to challenge the FIR against her on Rhea Chakraborty’s complaint.

The development comes days after the Bombay High Court held the case filed by Rhea against Priyanka, and dismissed the similar case filed by SSR‘s other sister Mitu Singh against Rhea.

The sisters were accused of forgery and violation of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act based on complaints by Rhea, who is being investigated by multiple agencies after Sushant’s family accused her of having a role in his death last June.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) are involved in the investigation of the case. The NCB had also grilled other stars after the drug case surfaced.

Recently, the NCB had filed its charge sheet in the special NDPS court. In this, 33 people including Rhea were accused.

Notably, Rhea had spent 28 days in jail in September on charges of arranging drugs for Sushant.

Notably, Sushant, 34, a popular star, was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai June 14 last year.
