Eliminate sugar– By eating too much sugar, bad cholesterol starts increasing and the level of good cholesterol decreases. Therefore, to increase the good cholesterol in the body, avoid sweet things. One can substitute it with natural sugar from fruits and juices.
Exercise– Exercise is very important to increase good cholesterol in the body. One must exercise for half an hour every day by walking, running, jogging, swimming, or going to the gym.
Reduce processed food– One should eliminate processed food from diet to increase good cholesterol. They contain a lot of trans fat and saturated fat, which increases bad cholesterol.
Quit smoking & alcohol– If good cholesterol is decreasing in your body, then you should give up the habit of smoking, drinking. Both these things increase the bad cholesterol in the body. Give up these two habits as soon as possible.
Keep weight under control– With increasing obesity in the body, many diseases start. In such a situation, if your weight increases, then bad cholesterol also starts increasing. To increase good cholesterol, one should control weight. Eat foods rich in fiber and protein.
