Bolangir: In a tragic mishap, a teacher died while discharging poll duty at a polling station in DAV Colle ge of Titilagarh in Bolangir district, Sunday morning. The deceased teacher was identified as Sushil Kumar Acharya, a teacher of Patuapali Upper Primary School under Agalpur block in Bolangir district. According to sources, Sushil who was assigned the poll duty had gone to join his duty at a polling booth in DAV College at Titilagarh. However, during his duty he felt sick. He was immediately rushed to the Sub Divisional Hospital at Titilagarh. As his condition deteriorated, he was later shifted to Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital at Bolangir where the doctors pronounced him dead. The family members of the deceased alleged negligence in treatment led to his untimely death.
