Kendrapara: A school teacher was suspended for sending a sexually explicit video to the WhatsApp group of the District Education Officer in Kendrapara district.
DEO Udaynath Majhi suspended Akshay Kumar Swain, the headmaster-in-charge of Nilakantheswar Vidyapeeth at Bhatapara under Rajnagar block, for sending the obscene video.
