Team Reformed winse-sports tournament

BHUBANESWAR: D-Gamerz, an e-sports and gaming event management company in Odisha, organised another e-sports event titled Let’s Siege 2.0 at D-Gamerz Lounge, Patia, here Wednesday.

It was started to introduce and improve the competitive scene of Rainbow Six Siege. It is a tactical shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft.

It is a simulation of how police operators neutralise terrorist threats in real life situations. It’s a complete team based (5v5) tournament that requires team coordination and decision making to win. It is the second installment of a series of Rainbow Six Siege Tournament by D-Gamerz.

MD Computers, leading distributors in high end computer hardware and gaming peripherals were the prizing partner for the event. Prize pool of 15k in cash and goodies was up for grabs for the winners and the runner’s up.

Team REFORMED showed their mettle and wit to clinch the first place. Their team comprised Deepan Goswami (C), Prashast Sharma, Manav Garg, Siddharth Jena and Himadri Hazra Choudhury.

Team FRAG MAGNETS came close to a win but could not close it out against a better team and had to be happy with the runner’s up position. Their team comprised Mridul Rai (C), B. Sharath, Prabhav Pandey, Shailesh Das and Rohan Das.
