In many countries begging comes under the category of crime but despite this, the number of beggars is quite huge worldwide.
The news of one such female beggar is buzzing around social media these days.
A Lebanese woman named Wafaa Mohammad Awad has about 6.37 crore rupees in her bank account. The matter came to light when she went to a bank to transfer money from one bank to another.
According to media reports, when the woman applied to transfer the money, thye employees were shocked as they did not have the cash amount, which was filled by the woman in her check.
The photo confirmed that the beggar was, in fact, a ‘billionaire’ and that she had been issued two cheques of LBP750,000,000 (Dh1.8m) and LBP589,000,000 (1.4m).

Two checks of the woman have gone viral on social media, which is dated September 30, 2019.
Wafaa is known to be a beggar. She can be seen begging at the entrance of a hospital most of the time. Everybody around knows her and she has been here for over 10 years. Since the news broke out, she has been the talk of the town, reports added.
