This is why ‘Baahubali’ star Prabhas had sleepless nights

Mumbai: After the blockbuster film ‘Baahubali’, Prabhas’s next movie ‘Saaho’ is ready for release.

Hindi film industry actress Shraddha Kapoor is paired opposite Prabhas and the duo is currently busy with promotional activities for the film. As the release date of the film is nearing, the pressure on Prabhas is increasing.

Recently, while talking about ‘Saaho’, Prabhas said that he was ‘mentally stressing’ not because of the director or the script “but because of the baggage which Rajamouli gave me. This is why there is pressure.  My stress about Saaho increased so much that I could not sleep for many nights.”

“’Bahubali’ has given me a new identity. Not only the country but people around the world now recognize me,” said Prabhas.

“I have come to Mumbai many times before, nobody knew me then. Now everyone knows me. I have lost the freedom of movement. Being a Telugu actor, I could go anywhere but what is happening now is also beautiful,” he added.

It took Prabhas two years to finish shooting for ‘Saaho’.  He said, “We thought that everything would be completed in a year. But it took more time to do the action scenes. I want to do more films. For the last 6 years I have been walking very slowly. I want to spend about a year in a film.”

‘Saaho’ has been directed by Sujeeth. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters and IMAX 30 August 2019 and the film has been made on a budget of Rs 350 crores.
