Bhubaneswar: Odisha registered Wednesday a total of 358 new COVID-19 recoveries taking the total number of recovered patients in the state to 3,20,208. This information was shared by the Health and Family Welfare (H&FW) Department, Government of Odisha in a series of tweets. All the recovered patients have been released from their respective facilities, the department added.
Khurda district topped the list of recoveries with 43 patients being discharged. It was followed by Sundargarh (36) and Angul (29) in second and third positions respectively.
Other districts that reported new recoveries were Cuttack (26), Mayurbhanj (23), Bhadrak, Bolangir and Bargarh (19 each), Puri (18), Nuapada (16), Balasore (15), Keonjhar (13), Sambalpur (11), Jharsuguda (nine), Jagatsinghpur (eight), Jajpur (seven), Kalhandi and Kendrapara (six each), Ganjam and Nabarangpur (five each), Malkangiri (four), Deogarh (three), Dhenkanal, Gajapati and Koraput (two each), Nayagarh and Rayagada (one each).
The State Pool also registered 10 recovery cases.
