Most of the people are facing eye problems like burning and dryness in eyes at a very young age nowadays. The reason for this is the changing lifestyle and lack of nutrition. Screen time on computer or laptop has increased due to work from home.

Weak eyes further cause many problems like headaches. Due to the weakening of the eyes before age, one has to wear glasses. Some people feel that wearing glasses will spoil their look. Sometimes it becomes difficult for people to see clearly without glasses.

If you want to get rid of glasses and want to take good care of your eyes, follow these home remedies.

Almonds and Raisins– The use of almonds is good for the brain as well as the eyes. In addition to omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E is also found in almonds. It is very important for the development of the eyes. For this, soak 8-10 raisins in water with four to five almonds at night and have it on an empty stomach after waking up in the morning. This is an effective home remedy for eyes.

Carrots– Consumption of carrots is very helpful for the eyes. Eyesight can be increased by including carrots in your daily diet. On the other hand, drinking carrot juice mixed with amla juice keeps the eyesight good for a long time.

Rose water– Rose water is a common home remedy to treat problems related to eyes. The anti-inflammatory properties of rose water can help relieve conjunctivitis or ‘pink eye’ and inflammation. Dip a piece of clean cotton in rose water and gently rub it on the closed eyelids. You can also put a few drops of rose water in your eyes.

Honey– To enhance eyesight and take good care of the eye, use fresh amla with a spoonful of honey. But it should be first thing in the morning after waking up. It is beneficial for the eyes. If fresh amla is not available, you can use amla powder.
