Rourkela: In an untoward incident, two youths went missing after falling into Badalgiri waterfall at Gurundia area in Sundargarh district Sunday afternoon, a report said.
According to reports, eight youths belonging to Rourkela city reached the Badalgiri waterfall at around 12:30pm. While taking bath in the waterfall, the two youths fell into deep water. Although six of them managed to escape, two others went missing. Despite the rescue attempts made by their friends, the two youths could not be traced.

The missing youths have been identified as Animesh Sinha and Saiswarup Mohanty, both staying at Koel Nagar area of Rourkela city in the district, local police station sources informed.
On being informed, Fire Service personnel conducted a frantic search to find out the two missing youths. The two youths are yet to be traced out. The incident shocked residents nearby Badalgiri waterfall.
