Hyderabad: Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in their Indian Premier League match here Thursday.
The opening pair of Virat Kohli and skipper Faf du Plessis put a decisive 172 runs partnership for the first wicket. Kohli registered his 6th IPL century for RCB in of 63 balls whereas du Plessis added 71 of 47 balls before getting out.
Earlier in the match South African wicketkeeper batter Heinrich Klaasen score his maiden Indian Premier League century which helped Sunrisers Hyderabad post 186/5 against the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
