Was Sushant Singh Rajput offered to play 26/11 terrorist Ajmal Kasab before his death? Read shocking details

The untimely demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput is still fresh in the collective memory of his fans.

As the investigation regarding his death drags on, a fresh new revelation has come to the fore. Uday Singh Gauri from CornerStone LLP — a Mumbai-based talent management agency, has revealed that Sushant was in talks for a film based on 26/11 Mumbai attacks terrorist Ajmal Kasab.

Gauri added that the alleged talks took place June 13 over phone a day before Sushant was found hanging at his Bandra residence.

According to a report, Uday in his statement to the Mumbai Police, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and the Enforcement Directorate, revealed that he had contacted Sushant for the film on his phone and that later, noted film director Nikhil Advani and producer Ramesh Taurani had also joined them for a seven-minute conference call.

Sushant’s call records indicate that Gauri had reached out to him five to six times June 13. The filmmakers were scheduled to hold another round of discussions June 15.

“I was but I don’t want to comment on it. Let the CBI do their work,” Taurani had said.

Meanwhile, it is still unclear whether Sushant was to portray Kasab or some other character in the proposed film.
