Trailer of Telugu chocolate boy Nani’s much awaited films ‘Jersey’ was released today. The film is touted to be a sure shot blockbuster. On the whole, Jersey looks like a perfect winner for Nani, who is known as the Natural star.
Apparently, the story of the film is about a man who loses his place in the cricket team due to angry management issues. But 10 years post his exit from cricket, he is a married man with a son.
With no other career option and income source, he slips into a position where he steals money from his wife’s wallet. That’s when he decides to become a cricketer again. While the story is completely shown in the trailer, the myriad of emotions he has portrayed is just awesome. No other substitution to the superlative ‘Natural Star’.
Cut to other departments, Anirudh’s terrific background score and Sanu Verghese’s mindblowing cinematography are the big backbones for the movie. Appreciations have been pouring in for director Gowtham Tinnanuri for bringing out such an emotional drama with cricket backdrop, which many youths will relate to.
